Our History

Foshan ShuangOu Ceramics Co., Ltd. ("ShuangOu" for short below) is a professional company including tiles & mosaic tiles production, design, and sales. With fifty years development, ShuangOu tiles has grown from a small family workshop into a tile company group owning tiles factory, mosaic tile factory and domestic and overseas marketing companies. Nowadays, ShuangOu is not only a Chinese tile factory, but aiming to be the tile factory of the world.

Our Factory

ShuangOu tiles is one of the largest production bases of pool tiles and mosaic tiles in China. Our factories covers an area of more than 300,000 square meters and owns 10 manufacturing lines producing a variety of tiles in different sizes and molds. ShuangOu supports you with strong and stable production capacity. One of our secret to be cost-effective is that we stably produce same size of tiles each manufacturing line. Our product line includes anti-slip full body and digital print full body porcelain tiles, exterior wall claddings, porcelain mosaics, rustic tiles and pool tiles. The product sizes ranging from smallest 10mm to largest 600x1200mm. Besides, we have 3,5000 square meters warehouse for stocking numerous regular items. We have passed ISO9001:2012 international quality certification, besides, became the first batch to pass 3C certification and ISO14001：2012 international TUV quality system certification. Furthermore, the products created by ShuangOu ceramics not only can guarantee high hardness, strong acid resistance, low water absorption and other physical and chemical indicators to ensure the product conforms to building material standard of GB / T4100-2006 and different kinds of requirements of European standards and Japanese JISA5209-1993 standards, but also been honored with National inspection quality qualified enterprises for years. Besides, the product radioactivity detection correspond the grade A of national GB6566-2001 standard. What's more, Ceramic tiles crested by ShuangOu Ceramics were identified as environmentally friendly ceramics by China Light Industry Quality Certification Center.

Production Equipment

ShuangOu Ceramics adopts the operation mode of manipulator chuck，which can make sure the bottom of dovetail groove reach deeper requirements and ensure the integrity of the tiles corner. The Slab burning process can more ensure ceramics don't out of shape during high temperature firing, which can make it more consistent in sizes and colors with high flatness as well as lower water absorption.
